About Us

Marvin received his legal education from the University of Malaya, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree with honours. After completing his studies, Marvin began his legal career at Messrs. Manian K. Marappan & Co, and subsequently in Messrs. Ricky Tan & Co as well as Messrs. KH Wong & Co. In 2019, he continued his legal journey in one of the largest law firms in Malaysia i.e. Messrs. Zul Rafique & Partners. During this time, Marvin had the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and transactions, allowing him to develop a deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of civil and commercial litigation for both Malaysian and foreign clients.

He was also a panel solicitor and advisor for renowned companies, such as Suria KLCC Sdn Bhd, Bank of China (Malaysia) Bhd, Maybank Trustee Bhd, Petronas, Sime Darby, Sapura Resources Bhd etc. With his broad experience in handling the civil and commercial litigation, Marvin resolved a great number of commercial disputes for clients especially during the Covid-19 Pandemic. His reported case of GOGUNG FUSION RESTAURANT (KLCC) SDN BHD & ORS v SURIA KLCC SDN BHD [2021] MLJU 2345 navigated the enforcement of tenancy agreement during the unprecedented time of the Covid-19 Pandemic. 

In 2023, Marvin set out to establish a firm of his own, continuously distinguishing himself as a legal practitioner that is committed to ensuring that his clients are only ever presented with personalised, results-driven solutions that achieve favourable outcomes across a wide range of legal matters.
